Order Timeline
Orders must be placed 10 business days in advance (15 business days for orders over 100 units).
Delivery Fees
- Tier 1: 0-15 miles (Free)
- Tier 2: 15-29 miles ($10)
- Tier 3: 30+ miles ($25)
Quality Commitment
All orders include insulated chilled containers, detailed nutritional labeling, and "Best Time to Consume" recommendations.
Booking & Payment
Payment Structure

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Cancellations 15 business days or more from the event results in a refund up to 50% (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event/delivery date, are not subject to a refund of any kind.
Rescheduling: One time courtesy reschedule allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Billing
All orders will be billed via an invoice and instructions will be provided on payment methods.
